Jazz Band will perform at a lunchtime event for retired SBCUSD teachers at the Elks Lodge in San Bernardino.

Call Time is 11 am at the Elks Lodge in San Bernardino, 2055 Elks Drive.  From 11 am to 11:30 am we will be setting up, everyone need to help.  I will bring the drum set, aux percussion bag, Key Board, Key board Amp, Key Board Stand, Jazz Stands, 2 Regular Music Stands and 3 stools.  Everything else must be brought by you, such as guitars, instruments, instrument cables, sheet music , etc.....

Attire is formal (Black shirts with Orange Ties)  This performance is for Horns and Rhythm section, no singers.  8th graders can turn in instruments after the performance.  Uniforms must turned in to the RPH office ASAP.

Schedule of the day:

11 am Setup

11:30 am to 12:15 pm  Pizza/ Chips/ Drinks in the parking lot, (sign yearbooks if you bring them)

12:15 pm -12:20 pm Clean Up

12:20 pm enter lodge quietly, prepare to perform

12:30 pm to 1 pm Performance (Parents may sit and watch/ no large groups please)

1pm to 1:15 pm pack up/ turn in instruments 8th graders

1:15 pm dismissal
